Regular Commissions​

1. Pricing

   1. Pricing may vary/be altered. However, if I have already accepted your commission, I will not charge you the altered fee. (What you paid originally is set)

   2. Prices are a per-character basis.

   3. Please don’t aggressively haggle with me. (I may give small discounts to repeat customers though!)

2. Payments

   1. I start drawing after I have received (at least partial) payment.

   2. If for some reason you are unable to make a payment in advance, the minimum down-fee is half the price of the commission. Should a payment plan be used, I will only work up to either the sketch or lineart portion of the commission, and the final image will be watermarked.

   3. I accept Ko-fi, Venmo, and PayPal. Please use “Paying for Goods/Services” and choose no shipping address needed, alongside your username if you are paying with PayPal, or gift the payment. 

3. Refunds/Cancellation

   1. If for any reason you need to cancel before I have worked on a piece, I can offer a full refund. Do not issue a chargeback; instead, I will send the amount you have sent me. I am not responsible for the PayPal fee.

   2. If I have already started working on your piece, I can offer you a partial refund, based on how far I have worked on it.

4. Usage of Commissioned Art

   1. Unless you have explicitly been given permission by me or have commissioned me for a piece of commercial use, you are not permitted to use my art commercially.

   2. You are, however, welcome to use any art you have commissioned from me as a profile picture/sidebar/icon/etc.

   3. Please credit my art if you are using it for any of the above purposes.

   4. I reserve the right to post finished commissions to my art gallery/blogs. However, I will credit the character to you/the owner.

   5. If you require your image to be a certain size, please tell me before I start to work on the piece. I usually default to around 1800x2000 at 300 DPI.

   6. Under no circumstances do I authorize my art to be used for AI training purposes. 

5. Progress/Samples

   1. For commissions above the sketch level, I send the sketches for confirmation before continuing. Feel free to request additional progress shots, or a speedpaint/timelapse (though not guaranteed, since my recording program is slightly laggy).

   2. For commissions above the sketch level, I am willing to shade sketches for color confirmation, though I generally do not. Please tell me if you would like base colors on sketches.

   3. All major alterations for regular commissions must be made before the basecolor stage.

6. Things I Will Draw

   1. I can draw a character based on just a text description or altering a character’s looks. However, I will charge a fee for designing the character or clothes. (similar to customs but more detailed)

   2. If you would like to alter a character using another image, an extra charge may or may not be applied, depending on clarity.

7. Things I Will Not Draw

   1. Strictly no NSFW. Suggesting art is fine to a certain degree.

   2. Mechas/tons of armor

   3. Excessive gore (some is fine)

   4. Fetish art

   5. I’m not very good with animals, but animal characteristics are fine (ie. animal ears)

   6. I reserve the right to decline any commissions I feel are out of my skill range or am uncomfortable with, to ensure quality.

8. Alterations

   1. Alterations for things that are my mistake are free of charge.

   2. Otherwise, each commission is allowed ​1 alteration for free.
